2 cups frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
4 regular dates or 2 Medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk
1 cup fresh strawberries chopped (optional)
Blend non-dairy milk and dates in a high-powered blender for 30 seconds. Add strawberries and banana; blend until smooth and creamy. Fold in fresh strawberries if adding.
