1 12.3 ounce package extra firm silken tofu

1/2 cup garbanzo beans (rinsed and drained)

2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

1/4 cup of vegetable broth or as needed

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley

1/2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme

1/2 tablespoon finely chopped basil

1 shallot, minced

Instructions:
Place the tofu, beans, lemon juice, nutritional yeast and garlic powder in a food processor and process until smooth adding small amounts of vegetable broth to reach proper consistency. Once smooth, add herbs and minced shallot and “pulse” until well incorporated.
