Source: www.PhytoFit.com Serves 4 Ingredients: 4 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen 2 tablespoons natural almond butter 3 tablespoons Hershey’s Special Cocoa powder 3-4 sliced dates 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Dairy free chocolate chips for topping (optional) Chopped walnuts (optional) Instructions: 1. Add half of the frozen bananas and the next four ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor. Begin processing, scraping down sides along the way. Gradually add the remaining bananas and blend till smooth. 2. Note, the more you blend, the softer (and soupier) the nice cream becomes. Do not over blend. Serve immediately for “soft serve.” This can be refrozen in individual 1/2-cup containers for a quick dessert.
